Robert's Ranch is a 440-acre property in Perry County Illinois and family-owned for over
60 years. We serve to provide sportsmen, fishermen and outdoorsmen with access to private land. All leases
are limited to a maximum of 6 hunters (allowing for a minimum 70 acres per hunter) each season in order to maintain low
pressure on the deer, turkey and duck populations.
For hunters, this is a very secluded property consisting of open pasture ground as well
as dense, wooded/brushy areas. The timber is primarily a combination of elm, cottonwood, maple, and oak trees.
The property is not contained allowing for fair chase. Fishermen will appreciate the property's several steep cuts with
multiple lakes of various sizes totaling over 65 acres of water.
